“The van looked amazing, like new. Scheduling was harder than it needed to be. Cancelled on the original day, could reschedule for the next day, wife had to take a day to stay home. Service techs were late, missed the scheduled time window, ended up getting here 3 hours later.”

“Try picking up the carpet mats and vacuuming under them. Wasn't touched still had grass clippings. Fold seats up and vacuum without being told since it is 3 rows vacuum the floor behind second row. Clean around all door jams and open the back window to clean those jams.”
