“The technician came out and charged me $375 for him to just wipe down and vacuum. The technician drove my car and stole my personal belongings as well. My floor mats were also taken. The "supervisor" offer $100 refund out of almost $400 service charge and for the same theif to come out again. I would give a 0/10 but it wont allow me to. They stole several other objects and money out of my car ”

“Poor detailing. Cup holders not cleaned. Smudges and marks all over vehicle. Vehicle was not waxed or clay bar. Bug residue still present. Grille not cleaned. ”
