“The tech was unable to accept my instructions about ignoring the back area of the car. He said he couldn't not do the whole car and that I needed to also pay the extra for pet hair. All I wanted done - and what I was willing to pay full price for - was the exterior and the interior passenger area. Additionally, the number of texts and emails I got requesting payment was annoying. I have been a long time customer - but I won't be back. I appreciate the chance to leave a tip below - I tipped him in cash. Again, he worked hard - I just prefer when I am paying $200 for a service to have my instructions to actually do LESS than I am paying for listened to.”
