“Very upset this is my second time having a problem. The previous times you guys steam cleaned my carpet and now my car smells like mildew... under my floor mats the carpet is still so wet u can see the water on the rubber part of the mat. No air freshener was put.. I had to tell the guy that he had to clean my headliner becuz he wasn't aware he did”
