“I ordered the gold plan which was supposed to include wax applied to the exterior. the car was washed and the interior was adequately cleaned and vacuumed except for missing some dirt in the console. the biggest problem was that wax was never applied to the exterior. I didn't realize this until a recent rain and the water did not bead up. The surface does not have the smooth feel of being recently waxed. I am not satisfied with the result of your efforts”

“The technicians that are hired to do this work need to be properly equipped to handle actually fully detailing a car; a shop vac, waterless cleaner, and window cleaner are not adequate. The tech did a decent job with what he had, but this is not sufficient for a $200 service. The inside windshield was not cleaned, the space between the seats was not vacuumed, the back of the liftgate was barely cleaned. The tech arrived at 10:00 am and it took almost 4 hours for him to clean a small coupe and it still was not done well. I will definitely not be using this service again. I could have done this job with a drive thru car wash and their vacuum. ”
