“I ordered the gold plan which was supposed to include wax applied to the exterior. the car was washed and the interior was adequately cleaned and vacuumed except for missing some dirt in the console. the biggest problem was that wax was never applied to the exterior. I didn't realize this until a recent rain and the water did not bead up. The surface does not have the smooth feel of being recently waxed. I am not satisfied with the result of your efforts”

“The tech was supposed to arrive between12:00 and 2:00 pm, but called at 1:55 to say he would arrive between 2:15 and 2:20. He arrived at 2:20. About 1 1/2 hours later he advised he was finished. I went back in and a little later he called me back out. I checked the tires and they didn't look polished but when I looked in the driving compartment I noticed that the driver's door didn't shine like it's supposed to when armored all-ed. I asked if he did it and he said he did. I asked him to let me try the armor all. He went to his truck and told me he would also get me a clean rag. He throughout his van and couldn't find one clean rag. He gave me a filthy rag and after finding the least dirty area I used the armor all on half of the top part of the driver's door and compared it to the other half. The diff”
