“The hood was never opened , engine not cleaned . Old beach sticker from 2021 left on vehicle . If everything was shampooed twice why is Everything dry immediately upon completion ? I really wanted the car with only 39k miles on it to look like a new car, as it’s a gift to my daughter and am disappointed in the after photos . Thank you for the work you did do but would not recommend your service ”

“Technician was excellent. Prompt, personable and detailed. He did a fantastic job! Recommendation. I strongly recommend you change the verbage in your documentation and instructions to include telling customers that if they do not remove upholstery covers, then the technicians will only clean the covers NOT the upholstery. Your instructions only state to remove personal Al items before the technician arrives. Luckily I had a conscientious technician who stayed and cleaned my upholstery after I disclosed that there are NO instructions or information for customers to remove upholstery coverings if they want their upholstery cleaned. I highly recommend you add this information for clarity. If you add this information, then the customer is responsible and not the technician. I would have been very upset if I had a technician that refused to clean my upholstery and only did the covering. This is especially true for NEW customers.”
