“The unfortunate weather caused us some difficulty. One car is 100% complete then it began to pour, rain. Ivan did ask me if I wanted him to come on this iffy day and I said yes,. I have only 1 garage he could not complete the 2nd car in the pouring rain so he is going to come back tomorrow and finish it. That was such a nice gesture, he wanted it DONE RIGHT so he will finish tomorrow. He is a GREAT business person, so attentive to the clients satisfaction, I always want Ivan to do my work.. He did not want me to take the completed car out of the one garage because it was newly done. He really goes out of his way to satisfy the customer. You are so fortunate to have such a great technician. Thank you Karen Erskine”

“The back seat floor behind the passgener was not clean. He did not move my passenger seat forward so he can get the back seat floor. The re was still lots of dirt on there. When I touched the floor after he was done I can feel the dirt on there. I can still see some stains too. I'm disappointed and probable will not use this service again or recommend it to anyone for the result that I got and the price. ”
