“Detailer arrived late with bad communication after 2 phone calls for eta. Didn't complete entire interior blaming "mold" on hard surfaces. Very obvious that it is not mold and is just dusty/dirty black interior. Wanted to charge an additional $199 for mold removal which i declined. Proceeded to only clean and polish one of my 4 interior doors leaving it looking ridiculous. Also left grease marks on driveway. Will end up being more work and money to finish the half done job and clean up after. Will never use this service again.”

Industrial grade carpet cleaner. But they just used a steam cleaner, now I have to pay more money for someone else to bring a hot water extractor machine. Disappointing. ”
