“the work done on the detailing was fine. the process getting there was not! We provided credit card up front and the first two days were ignored. We were asked to resubmit (which i almost did not do) and then received a call stating a time and day...which differed from the email confirmation. then, the actual person doing the detailing showed up at 5:45 pm from a scheduled 2-4 pm window. Lastly, the detailer accidentally pushed a button in the dash which triggered a warning light that took a couple hours to diagnose... Again, the work itself was good, but getting there was bad.”

“My detailer arrived 90 minutes outside the arrival window which was mitigated a little by his calling and letting me know he was running late. This prevented me from being there to oversee his work and point out areas of concern however my wife was able to point out door jams that needed attention before he left and all was good. That said he was hard working and very pleasant to talk with. I am very pleased with the high quality of work. Would have been 5 stars except for minor issues I listed. My 10 year old well maintained car looks even better now so money well spent.”
