“I want my money back. Car was not cleaned all the way. There is dirt on all car doors and front of car. There was no effort put in cleaning. Will never ever use this again. Feels like scammed out of my money. ”

“The detailer was able to removed most of the sap that was pointed out but he made the area that were worked on worst than how it was. He left really visible scratches on thise areas probably when he was trying to sand it down. Oh my God, it looked so horrible. I have to bring the car to a known local detailer to see if they can fixed those scratches, otherwise, and I hope not, it will require a paint job. ”

Greater swiss mountain dog so you can imagine how gross it was lol he spent hours working in their and it is spotless! I haven't seen it that clean in years!
