“Trunk area didnt get clean properly, there was still sand on the edges. Ceiling area didn't get spot treated. Made an appointment for between 10-12pm but they didn't show up until 2:15pm. I needed the vehicle done by 4pm and it was done by that time, however, I feel that the job was rushed. It had started to rain at that time so I was not able to inspect the vehicle throughly when done. I always tip and tipped them 20% without truly seeing the car I side.
I had another job done on Wednesday August 2 by a different detailer in casselberry and they did such an outstanding job, that is the reason I used you again. I was unaware that it would be someone else doing the job. I'm overall satisfied with the job done, but I feel for the amount of money I paid there were many details missed. ”
