“ First, the car was not washed properly, there’s dirt spots In many placesThat I can easily wipe off. There’s even cobwebs hanging off of the back of the car and off the tires and rims. There are water spots all over the top of the car. A simple hand wax remove these quickly and I paid for ahead wax and clearly was not done. I want a full refund immediately. I am not going to risk my car in your hands again given the total incompetence shown by this last experience. ”
