“I received a notification that my service was complete before it was actually completed - the basic car wash took another hour or so from the time I received the notification. I selected cash payment but my card was still charged for the service. Fortunately, the error was corrected promptly when I called in to ask about the credit card charge. ”

“He did a decent job but I don’t feel I got what I paid for. He was done in 1-1/2 hours and I had to ask to have trunk cleaned. He didn’t think it was part of pkg so I wonder what else wasn’t done. Windshield still had bugs on it. I ended up redoing stuff after he left”
