“The service was fabulous. The text communication conforming the service and arrival time was perfect. They arrived on time and spent about 2 hour on my car inside my condo garage complex. They were fully equipped with water, etc. My car looks amazing and like the day I drove it home from the dealership inside and out!! Highly recommend, happy to refer and I will continue to use their detailing service on a more regular basis. ”

“Better communication of when the techs would arrive. You confirmed a 2 pm arrival. Techs did not show up until almost 5 pm. Only time I got an update was when I called and even then you indicated they wouldn't arrive until 3:45 pm. Then when they got here, it seemed like they rushed and only took an hour and a half to do a 4 hour job. Paid for a titanium service that may be only a gold at best. I still paid the tech as I don't believe it is their fault for poor customer service.”

“I left for 30 minutes while the tech was cleaning the vehicle. When I got back he was finished. I pointed out a couple of areas of black plastic that needed some Armor All the tech said it would not work. I applied the Armor All after he left in under 3 minutes. And cleaned the residue left on the wheels. THE main issue is two pieces of chrome on the front bumper right grille that he pointed out AFTER he was finished the job then took photos. I know my car they were not missing they were blasted off by the high preasure washer. . As an independent insurance adjuster I do a complete walk around with the vehicle owner pointing out items that are not loss related. Prior to writing my appraisal. . I will not post any negative comments about your company as I have had less that desirable employees myself. However I thought this should be brought to your attention.
