“Inside of windshield on both vehicles was not cleaned thoroughly. Combination of cleaners used on vehicle interiors causing a foul odor inside both vehicles. Headlights on Honda are only marginally better, I was expecting better clarity. Excessive amounts of protectant used on interiors and needs to be constantly wiped off. I was expecting much better results after spending over $700.”

“Did not wax the roof of the truck nor clean the moon roof. Rain x treatment was also not applied to the roof glass. Windows had streaks. Technician said he used "Cherry Wax". This wax, according to the manufacturer does not contain a polymer sealant, which is what I requested.”
