“I ordered the gold plan which was supposed to include wax applied to the exterior. the car was washed and the interior was adequately cleaned and vacuumed except for missing some dirt in the console. the biggest problem was that wax was never applied to the exterior. I didn't realize this until a recent rain and the water did not bead up. The surface does not have the smooth feel of being recently waxed. I am not satisfied with the result of your efforts”

“The service was great and the technician was very professional! My car looks and smells great! I will definitely use you all again. My only concern is that my keys were not returned directly to me. I did get them eventually, but it was a bit confusing/frustrating.”
