“1.5 hours of work for $400 is quite steep, the wheels weren’t even clean. Stated he needed some special tools. Well all I did was scrub them a bit and they were very easy to get clean. It was a decent clean job but this was supposed to be the best of the best option. idk what we paid $400 for. ”

“Technician decided he wasn’t going to do the claybar and wax because it was about to rain and, according to him, it needed the sun to dry. Ha! Okay. That’s a new excuse. And yes, I do have a covered garage where he did the work, so it was not about not wanting to get wet. He didn’t adequately dress the interior, until I had to expressly ask that he do it, even though it’s part of the Gold package I purchased. Then cardetailing.com refunded only $40, even though the claybar and wax is probably at least half of the labor involved in the package.
I really wanted to like cardetailing.com, but I’m afraid I just keep getting guys that don’t do all the services that are included in each package. This isn’t the first time, it has happened before. Oh, and to add insult to injury, the tech apparently bought a vacuum cleaner right before he came and left both the receipt and the box on my driveway for me to pick up.”
