“The two gentlemen who came were extremely polite, However, I was disappointed in the service. The main reason I requested the service was to get the interior of my car thoroughly cleaned. My car was not in bad shape to begin with so I figured they would hone in on the seats and work to get the dirt and dingy look out. When I checked the car after completion, it still looked as if they had done nothing with the seats. The excuse was that they did not want to use a harsh chemical on the suede. Further, my engine was not wiped down. Lastly, later that day I went and picked up some wipes by Meguiar's to see if it would clean the seats. It did. I spent a 1/2 hr wiping my seats down to get some additional dirt off of them & other areas that were missed. Overall, I feel I could have just taken my car to get handwashed with the same result, but much cheaper. Lastly, they were not prepared to accept payment via credit card nor even their PayPal account. Too much..”

“The inside looked great. But there were still many bugs left on the front of the car. The windows were very streaky. I would probably not use the service again. I received a call saying my technition would arrive about noon. They did not arrive until 1. For $100 I feel that my car should have all the bugs cleaned off the outside and not have streaky windows. ”
