“paid extra for services not could not be completed that were guaranteed head light restoration ws not complete only a bunch of excuses why it could not be done.if it could not be completed i should not have been charged as that was the main reason for going with the higher priced service................. my car being garage kept and only 65,000 mile was in better condition the cars much newer..........also on the service i paid for said the work would take about 4 hours and they were only here for less then 2 proofs that all services were not completed as ordered but charged any way ”

“I requested a detailing job for three vehicles, two silver and one gold. I paid $307 for the job. Upon inspecting the vehicles after the job was completed I was surprised to see that the roof of two of the vehicles hasn't even been wiped down.. In addition the vehicle that received the gold detailing had areas that haven't even been wiped down. I had to do that myself. Combine that with the fact that two vehicles still had bug residue after the job was completed. Overall the service is ok, however that being said, I would rather get a $20 wash from the car wash center down the street for a much more thorough service. I most likely will not use this service again.”
