“I paid for the Premium service and after my technician had left I noticed that the wax on my roof had not beed buffed out?? Then I looked in my engine compartment and it had not been touched?? Other that that, my car looked real good. I think my technician was trying to get done too fast and he did not pay attention to what I was paying for. Maybe you can help with that?”

“Our appt was for arrival between 1000-1200. The providers arrived at 3pm. They finished the service at 8pm. As it was dark they were unable to inspect their work adequately. Missed bugs on both cars either they didn't see them or couldn't reach them. Several areas on both cars there was applied wax that was not buffed out. Windows on both vehicles were dirty from a substance they used and then did not clean them off both inside and out. They wiped down the interior with a glossy substance that was not applied evenly and left multiple streaks. The workers were very nice and seemed consciencous but inexperienced then put themselves into a situation they couldn't do quality work in. I tipped them in good faith but this morning when I went to check the vehicles in the light I spent over an hour wiping down/buffing both the exterior and interior to bring the two vehicles to a minimum standard. Way overpriced considering the quality of the service. ”
