“Vehicle was not properly cleaned when technicians said car was ready. Had to point out several areas that weren’t even touched. The leather looked exactly the same as before it was cleaned. I was very disappointed. Seemed as though they were rushing to finish. Definitely not worth $233.00 for just the inside of my vehicle! ”

“He took longer than stated. I had to leave and didn't really get to inspect the car until today. For $229, I thought it would be better. There was still grime on the outside of the car, the door jambs could have better, the hood wasn't lifted and there are leaves under the hood at the top, inside it's either sticky or greasy. I've scheduled to have it redone with another provider. I paid and tipped but I wish I hadn't!”

They finally showed up at 1:30 ... just turned out to be a wasted day having to wait around beyond the scheduled service time.. otherwise we are happy with the end result but just frustrating had to waste a whole day to wait for this company ”
