“The guy who came out was really nice and he did a good job on what he did (I'd give him a 9 out of 10) but the cardetailing.com website didn't send him the notes to indicate that sap was included. That was one of the main reasons I wanted the truck detailed. The sap was driving me nuts. And now the truck is still sitting in my driveway with sap on it, even though the completed notes show "Tree sap" included. ”

“The person was late... Arrived approximately 1000. Since I had two vehicles done. The first was the dirtiest truck. When he was completed the man let me know so I went out there in garage to switch vehicles, the keys were missing he didn't show any concern. This vehicle is my son auto. Who has keys to my home, his home and his car. I used my spare key to move it. Then I called you guys about this concern and then he found them about one hour late(approx). I was so most concern that I called my son who was in New Zealand to make sure how many keys on the ring then I called my brothers to come over. You don't have to worry about me calling back. Thank you for this opportunity to express my displeasure”

“This is the second time I have used your service.
The first time was great. This time was horrible. There was no effort at all. Car was still dirty. Did he use water?
I was also charged twice which I was forced to dispute because I emailed and texted to fix but was not done.
I may try your service again as long as the guy I had this time is not involved. ”
