“Chrome was not all polished on outside of car. There’s a greasy film left on inside of wood finishes. No outside black tar splattering was taken off paint behind wheels. Staining was left on street and parking spot from employee’s gasoline container and fluids used. Also, stains were left on driveway/street from under the auto detailing vehicle. Some carpet stains were not removed from second seat rear floor. My husband was quite disappointed with these issues when he got home. The leather cleaning was excellent. ”

“They told me that they used the wrong cleaning and they would come back to clean never showed or called to reschedule, driveway still dirty with the tire shine stains. Please address this issue , thank you Rafael Lima”
