“The window was scheduled from 8am-11am. I cleared my morning, took time off work, arranged for my daughter's care, emptied the car, planned my work day and meetings around this time frame. The morning of the apt, I got a text saying tech would arrive 10:30. He did not arrive until after 12pm. By that point, I had to adjust my schedule and plans and it really impacted the day. My husband had to alter his plans as well and was there when the tech arrived, who did not comment on or apologize for being outside the set timeframe. The work itself was acceptable, however not outstanding in any way. There were some crumbs around, etc.”

“The service was great but the 2014 was supposed to have the super interior not the 2009. I stated in an earlier email that it was my moms car that was getting the superior. When the guys got there today the only car that was there for them to start on was the 2014. I didn’t arrive with the 2009 until an hour later. It did take them longer for the 2014 but the inside front window has a fog, plastic rain mats could be cleaner seeing as I wiped dirt off, console wet when door to it is closed and water spots on some enamel. I don’t think that is a deep clean. A basic interior at best. ”

“The tech that cleaned out the vehicle did a nice job cleaning it. BUT I wasn't told that he would leave behind all of his garbage. including the mouse nests, gloves, hep filter mask, dirty cleaning rags and obviously destroyed "paper goods" like wrappers mixed into the mouse nests, etc. I also didn't realize said garbage would be left for me to clean up in one of my laundry baskets that I had left outside after using it for another task! It was also shocking to see what was used to clean up the mold wasn't a biological agent that would prevent regrowth but common Chlorox Bleach spray..I know this because the bottle was also left for me to clean up. If you are going to charge the amount you do, $440 + tax, one would think the tech would clean up after themselves, bag and cart away the mess! AND I tipped the guy! I didn't know he was going to leave that mess for me)So. I'll be donning my long sleeved sweats, mask, gloves to throw out the mess and basket. I'm allergic. Lovely”

“The car was clean but it was not the outstanding end product I had expected. It took two hours with one technician which I was told it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours with two technicians. It was done very quickly because the technician had another job he needed to get to. Nice guy who I don't want to issue a complaint against. Should be able to resolve without a complaint and enough time should be alloted for each job.”
