“Exterior of vehicle needed some scrubbing. Despite using pressure washer, some things remained. Had to ask technician to go around and get some of the dirt/ residue off. Dont think i will be using this service again”

“Mats should have been left out of car until carpets dried as I suggested. There was condensation under the rubber mats when I pulled the back one out to pull up seats. Checked the rest and the drivers seat mat was the same.”
