“I was not pleased overall with the service and the way I was spoken to by Maurice after I expressed how I felt the job was a little sloppy and rushed. They arrived late and finished the job in just under 2 hours. The seatbelts, head liner and visor were still dirty. There were also smudges on the back tail light.
When I expressed this to Maurice about not paying until it was completed, he was aggressive with me with his response. He said that he was not charging me for the seatbelts and that they were dirty. I reminded him that I pointed out the seatbelt being cleaned prior to him starting.
After they left, I noticed that the inside glass to the sunroof was never cleaned and the inside armrest console compartment was still dirty.
I called customer service immediately to complain and they advised that I complete this survey.
Unfortunately, my 12 year old heard the conversation in my driveway and said “mommy he was not a nice man. “
This made me uncomfortable. ”
