“Gentleman was very nice. Lady would come and go, and he made a comment about help that he did not get that day. The insides were great, did a fantastic job detailing the inside, zero complaints there. Outside there were multiple places where it was half assed, not buffed off to a shine, missed areas, one area on truck roof that looked like it had not been washed. I spent an hour and a half redoing areas. Bottle of water and a bottle of cleaner, seemed very flustered at the end of the day. He seemed overwhelmed doing all three vehicles himself. I personally would not want to reuse the service as it did not seem like I got what I paid for.If someone would be willing to come out and buff the vehicles and clean the windows we would be extremely happy and am not looking for any money.”
