“Since my leather seats were so old & damaged, they offered to install my seat covers for me.. They did an excellent job on my 15 year old car that has NEVER been detailed. The carpets look sooooo much better! They even provided me with some knowledge on some engine work I needed- told me to get another quote because the one I got was a rip off! Very, very pleased.”

“Our son was here so we did not actually meet the technicians. We came home in a rainstorm to find the crv s doors left open. Mats all across the driveways and bits of litter scattered around the driveway. The accord looked better detailed inside than the crv. The crv had lint on all the surfaces wiped down. Not a clean finish. Everything still wet so not sure on smell. I wouldn't use the service again unless it was a hot summer day and I was home to oversee. I feel like going to a detail service inside would have been more successful. Overall not worth the price and disappointed. With that said I may feel different when everything is dry and I can tell better ”

“The detailer didn't use a clay bar, he said he thought I had the package below Platinum which he claimed didn't get clay bar . Wrong! When questioned he said he never used and doesn't have a clay bar. Said `someone told about detail spray so he used that. However he did stay longer to correct the problem using the detail spray and a rough applicator,
The windows were done with what I think was the same cloth used to buff the wax, and I needed to wash them all over again. The carpets and seats were shampooed nicely.”
