“I would have rated it a perfect score, was very pleased with the outside the vacuuming of the inside and the cleaning of most of the leather but then again my car is in excellent condition. I was very disappointed and how they did my windshields and a couple windows mainly the windshield. You don't really notice it until you actually get out and driving your car and see how streaky the windows are it also includes the screen on my GPS and on the dash. I pay someone to do this I shouldn't have to redo it myself. My car is in very good condition no scratches no nicks no real dirty areas. I also wasn't happy with the driver seat I thought they could have cleaned it better. For how they did my windows and the seat I could have taken it to the local car wash and got the same results that's why I chose to try and have someone do it professionally.”

“The guy who did our service worked extremely slowly and did not make the vehicle as clean as I had hoped. Very disappointed. If I had paid $100 I would have been satisfied. But, for $304 it was a complete ripoff! ”

“It is very unfortunate. The gentleman is a very nice young man... however, the quality of execution is not at all acceptable or worth the price of $429.00 for a Toyota Highlander... After pointing out considerable oversights.... he agreed and made some corrections, but it is still not worth the price or the amount of time dedicated. I will be sending it to another company to re-do/complete the job that is a gift to my sister. On the second vehicle (mine... Mercedes S63) I had done that was very clean... it needed basically a light wipe down, there is now a film that is tacky on many surfaces... basically the car now needs a complete redo... I asked that no shiny 'Armorall' type of product be used and it was. I also own my own company and appreciate that this is not how an owner wants their services to be provided. I would not recommend or use this company again.”
