“I was impressed with the time taken to clean to clean and detail my van. I've had the van since 2020, but did not have a chance to clean until today. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby! ”

“The upcoming service arrival was documented thoroughly. I knew almost to the minute when the Tech would arrive. I missed his name, but he moved my van to a shady parking to perform the exterior detailing. The detailing was completed shortly after 1pm. The work done was professional; no streaks, or wax residue left over, and the windows were cleaned and dried with no streaks. The tech would not take a tip; but please note, his work was thorough, complete, and professional. Thank you for the wonderful service! I'll be back for more!”

“When booking the apt it was noted that the vehicle would be shampooed and wiped down, however the vehicle was not shampooed and we had to have the tech return to the vehicle to finish wiping it down after he said he was done. I was later informed that the tech normally doesn't do office calls as he prefers to do household calls. It was noted when I booked the apt that there was not a source for water or electric and this factor was not taken into consideration when choosing which tech to send to our office. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the supervisor I was basically dismissed and had to pay full price for a detail package that we did not receive. ”
