“Interior seats weren’t fully cleaned, under the hood wasn’t wiped down and doesn’t appear to be any exterior clay along the front and sides of lower part of vehicle. Wheels don’t appear to be properly cleaned and the ceiling of vehicle was not spot cleaned. ”
