“When I called to make appointment I was explained that two people would arrive and work on my Jeep for approximately 3 hrs. Only one person arrived and tried to be complete in just over two hours. I had to point out several spots that they missed to include cleaning the windows inside, top of the roof, behind the visors and a portion of the rear bumper. This person was not comfortable with a Jeep that has a soft top. He never did the engine compartment as advertised. I felt very uncomfortable pointing out all the discrepancies. On the plus side it was extremely easy to make the appointment and the system worked great in all aspects of alerting me when they would arrive. Unfortunately for $295 I could get close to the same service at the local car wash for $35. I will seek a different vendor if I decide to try this again. Sorry. ”
