“I paid for a very thorough detail and feel that I received a very limited detail. Basic areas of the car were not cleaned (back of the backseat headrest area, glove compartment, various crevices).
Given the money that I spent, I expected a thorough job. The crew that came only spent approx. 2 hours working on the car instead of the 4 that was suggested on the website. This could explain some of the lack of thoroughness.
I normally don't issue complaints, but for the money that I spent and the service that I got, I feel it is justified.
I usually don't ask for money back or a future discount, but in this case I feel it is justified. I can bring my car by to show you what wasn't completed. It would be great if someone could finish the job and do it thoroughly.”

“They did a great job on the car. Company should add a place for tipping through the square app so ensure employees get a fair shot at a tip. Had to go back and recharge my card to add a tip. Overall satisfied and would use the service again. ”
