“He was a car detailer not a bike detailer there was a Loti of places he missed the back weel is still dirty just wish I would of got someone that done bikes and I gave him 150 bucks for a wash and a wax now I'm gonna have to find someone who knows what there doing ! And pay more money don't send someone that has never washed a Harley he even said it was his first one not happy”

“I'm actually glad I waited to fill this out. I thought initially that everything was done really well, The crew was very friendly, professional and attentive to my needs. They came on time and did not act like they were in any kind of hurry to get the job completed. However, about 3 days later I noted a bad musty smell in the vehicle. After investigating it, I noted that the floor carpets under all the floor mats was wet and it was were the bad smell was coming from. It was only located in areas where the floor mats were at. underneath all the floor mats was a ton of wetness and condensation. I took them all out and set them to dry and left the door in truck open overnight and everything dried up without leaving any bad smells behind. I think it was lucky that I had driven that day otherwise it would had been a long time since I would get in the truck. I only took off 1/2 point bc of this oversight. think they just put them back without realizing they were still wet underneath them ”

“Driver side window was completely missed inside. There were more than a few specs on the front of the car and mirror that came off when I rubbed them after the car was finished. I do NOT appreciate getting nagged EVERY DAY to leave this feedback.”
