“Not all of the hood and roof had been buffed etc., leaving one side shiny and the other side shiny but the film is still very visible. Also, the windows were not cleaned well. Still a lot of straks on the inside.”

“Expected them to be able to reduce carpet smell in trunk much more than they did. Still very noticeable. Also their generator broke and they had to use my electricity for an hour. Left sand in rug and trunk carpet which others have vacuumed up.”
