“The spray that was used on my tires was more like oil and was very messy. The spray used on the interior such as the dash and other surfaces was not completey cleaned off, there was a residue and over spray left on many surfaces. The wax used on the paint was not completely removed and buffed. There are several spots where the wax can still be seen. This is the first time I've paid a professional to detail my truck and $229 is a lot of money for me. Since I paid over $200 for the service I expected it to be perfect or near perfect. This service was niether. The reason I am giving a 3 instead of a 2 is because they spent so much time on my truck, it would not have taken much time to look over again and clean the oversprays and wax that was missed. ”

“I expected a much better job for $219. I could have done just as well myself. Floor mats were left very dirty because of 'grease'. The seatbelts look as though they were not cleaned, He was here for 3 hours and I'm not sure what he did for all that time”
