“They DID NOT wax the vehicle, only washed. I paid for Gold Package, which includes wax!! It was a mediocre wash job, with many missed areas, that I had to go back and get. They did not wash the roof of the pickup cab, was extremely dirty still. I should have taken a better look before paying them. I had some scratches on the top of the driver door and some paint residue from something striking that area. I asked them it could buffed out and they stated, no it’s in the paint. So I took some rubbing compound and in 15 minutes, scratches were gone! Must have been a miracle. Next time I will do a thorough job of inspecting the vehicle BEFORE paying!! Never again! I am requesting a partial rebate on this work, I’m going to have to pay for a wax job now.”

I will always request him for any detailing I make from now on.
Glenn Jr. took the time to clean my car and make it look and smell brand new.
He DID NOT break anything in my car, like the people you sent out to me.
I only want him when I schedule any appointments for detailing my car.
I have also passed on my comments and praise to the President and VP of our company.”

“The men were friendly but did not know how to clean a car or know how to apply dressing. It's on surfaces like glass and on clear plastic surfaces where you need to see. My wheel were not cleaned well at all. Tire dressing only part of the tire. Missed areas of concern that I pointed out in the beginning and they did not address. I will not be using your service again”
