“The confirmation that came with this survey shows an incorrect car. My mom's car is a 2009 Ford Taurus as noted on the activation form I submitted. However this email sent with survey incorrectly notes Explorer. Her car is a Taurus. Also they are saying we owe more because of that which is an error. “The car is not clean at all !!
He didn't even open the hood, he didn't clean inside the windshield and he didn't waxing the car!!!
I paid 339 dollars for nothing. You should send another one back here to redone the car for me!”

“I feel like I paid $119 for a decent vacuuming and a quick wipe down. Nearly every stain is still in the car, some of them flake off when scratched. I wiped dirt out of a few places (cup holder and door storage area for example). I am not a jerk, I know the fellow worked hard on the car for a long time and he was so nice and accommodating. I looked back at what comes with the package I paid for and I guess I got it. But the service for the money was way not worth it. I am going to chalk this up as a lesson in money management and my own personal laziness. Off to the store to buy stain remover. ”
