“The engine bay was the only thing left uncleaned. I did not check it specifically before they left, which I should have. By the looks of it, it seems they were not aware of it being a part of the package I purchased. I will have to reschedule an appointment as it is a requirement of me shipping it.
The spots in the car were sufficiently cleaned out where there was an accident by a child. The rest of the vehicle looks fine. I'll have to go back and clean the individual compartments like under the armrest (just small particles), but I was aware of that prior to them leaving.
Overall, it was a good experience.”

“Eric was VERY PROFESSIONAL, courteous, on time, and attentive. Perhaps it was due to time constraints, but the exterior polishing did not remove little bumps that were in the finish, and I had the Presidential Package. Interior was spotless. He even organized my trunk contents! Would use him again, and make sure I was more detailed in what I expected about the waxing/polishing.”
