“The detailers were good at what they do...and were working very hard.. Headlights came out nice also. I just wish thier English was better as communication by sign language was even bad.. Because their English skills tell me they have not been here long.. ”

“1.You didnt have the time I originally booked
2 You sent 2 emails which ended up with me booking 2 times 8am and 10am
3. Phoned to confirm lady said she would email back....guys turned up 20 mins later.
4. Ended up costing $80 more than expected due to "extra" work being needed.
5. Overall results pretty good but very expensive for the work completed - guys were very good.”

“They were suppose to be here between 12-2, the guy called saying they would show up for 1:30 the latest... no call, nothing&they didn't show up till 3:15. I had to appointments I had to cancel cause they didn't finish till almost 7p.m,
They cleaned great, other then dropping the Windows down a.m inch to clean the top, along each side of the seat had not been vacuumed, the first time i opened my back door i found 3 peices of trash along the back side of the console.”

“My car got a dog hair removal instead of a detail. You have a major communication problem with your subcontractors - they thought I was just down for hair removal. They were nice guys but I would be very uncomfortable having someone come out a THIRD time to fix something, for the same reason I don't send food back at a restaurant. Part of this is on me I realize - my husband only glanced at the car before he paid. But I feel super ripped off.”
