“Your contractor was unprofessional. Showed up saying that he has great service and bragged about it. I had to show him the items that still work clean and then he blamed it on his employee without taking responsibility being the owner. Then after they left I noticed the door jambs weren't clean either nor were the mirrors on the visor including the windows still had markings that came off easily with my nail. Very simple things that should not be missed. When I called him to tell him he said that the door jambs were possibly part of the job however I paid for the cheap job he wasn't sure. He did come back and took care those items. Later when I drove the car toward the Sun we noticed the front windshield inside wasn't even clean either! I was so disgusted. gift for my 83 year old parents and still my dad went in and dusted some of the vents and scrubbed the carpets better. Your company should be able to stand behind your sub-contractors and ultimately take responsibility for”
