“It was dark, he did a horrible job. There were spots on my windshield outside that came off today in the rain using my wipers. The windshield inside has a horrible glare that should NOT be there after a detail.. In the daylight, I found residual wax ALL over where he didn't get it off. I will not be using your service again. To have someone arrive so late in the day is shady practice during the winter. I could not see all of this when the technician asked me to look over the car. I don't drive my car much due to COVID but had to go to the office today and am appalled at how horrible my car looks. I tipped this guy $20 for what I THOUGHT was a good job...worked great for him having the cover of darkness hide his crappy work.”
