“After the technician left we noticed HUGE drip stains on the driveway (we rent so this sucks) and he threw garbage on the outside of the car and just left it there. Also, he had a garbage pile by his van that was just sitting there.”

“This was our first time using a mobile detail service. The convenience of not having to coordinate getting my car to a brick-and-mortar service location and back again was beyond wonderful. But who would they send to my house? Would they be good at the job? It felt a little like a $200 gamble. That's a pretty big gamble! Our detailer arrived a few minutes late but we received a text in advance with his exact ETA so we were not left to wonder what to expect for even a minute. I really appreciated that! Our technician was just an absolute delight. He brought along everything one could possibly need to do an excellent job - which he did. We were amazed at how much time he took to clean and detail my car. We watched through the window a couple of times and it was like watching an artist! He would clean/buff then step back to examine every single detail of his work. He spent nearly four hours cleaning, waxing, and detailing my car. Amazing! When he finished we came out so he could show us his handy-work. He proudly pointed out all the particulars and answered my husband's questions. His personality is delightful! After inspecting the car we left him to pack up his considerable gear. He left no trace that he'd ever been here. He even coiled the hose for us. Definitely 5 stars for convenience. 5 stars for quality. 5 stars for service. And an extra 5 stars for sending such a hard-working and wonderful man to our home. ”
