“The seats, carpets, mats and trunk were all cleaned wonderfully. The technician failed to wipe down the main dashboard (top) and to clean the windows. That was disappointing, seeing that he did such a good job on the rest of the car. He even called the company to say he had done 'extra' due to the stains in the carpets, and I was requested to pay an additional $60.00 for his service. I ended up paying $180.00, but the way that the extra charge was handled was not professionally done. I was told after-the-fact that there would be an extra change, rather than being informed ahead of time, to choose to have it or not. This is the kind of move that causes customers or would-be customers to be wary of groupon deals. They feel that the groupon is a discount, but the company will do what they have to in order to get more money out of the customer.”
