“I was under the impression the cost was $159. An automatic tip of $15 was a bit much. The guy was 45 minutes late and that wasn’t a problem. He worked hard by himself, but the cost itself should be sufficient.”

“I had a horribly horrendous first experience, where the technician actually left my car dirtier than when he came to detail it. The customer service response team was absolutely amazing and started working right away to address the issue. They called out Eric to come re-service the car. Eric was absolutely amazing! He was professional and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the re-do. He single handedly turned a very bad first experience into a glowing review. He deserves a raise. I am in the customer service industry and have a staff of 90+, and I wish all my employees were more like Eric. He is definitely should be a valued team member of yours, and treated accordingly.
