“The original appointed time was between 12:00-1:00pm, and at 12:45pm, I received a text saying the time would be closer to 1:30pm. Ok, no problem. I made plans for other transportation and left my car in the driveway to be serviced. The car detailer called me at 3:30pm and said there was an issue picking his kids up from school, and that he would be at my house later. I offered to let him reschedule, but he said no, that he would be there around 5:30pm. At 6:30pm the detailer called me and said he had been LOST and that it would be another 45 minutes until he got there. Before I could say anything, he swore up and down that he had lights and that he didn't mind working in the dark, and that it would be PERFECT. I offered to let him reschedule, but he said he would be there soon, so I said ok. The detailer showed up at 8:15pm at my home, it was completely dark outside, so I pulled the car into the garage with lights on for him. He finished detailing the car at MIDNIGHT. I'm very angry”
