“I was disappointed with this service. The tech arrived late and I had to pay the tech and leave for work before he was finished and I could inspect my truck and travel trailer. The truck windows were still dirty with smudges and bug marks. The travel trailer had places that did not look like they had been touched and the entire exterior was streaked (Airstream). Feel like I got the bums rush because of the tech telling me he was going to do a special job as I was paying him BEFORE he was finished, hinting for a larger tip.”

“They DID NOT wax the vehicle, only washed. I paid for Gold Package, which includes wax!! It was a mediocre wash job, with many missed areas, that I had to go back and get. They did not wash the roof of the pickup cab, was extremely dirty still. I should have taken a better look before paying them. I had some scratches on the top of the driver door and some paint residue from something striking that area. I asked them it could buffed out and they stated, no it’s in the paint. So I took some rubbing compound and in 15 minutes, scratches were gone! Must have been a miracle. Next time I will do a thorough job of inspecting the vehicle BEFORE paying!! Never again! I am requesting a partial rebate on this work, I’m going to have to pay for a wax job now.”

“Glenn Jr. did an AWESOME job on my car. I will always request him for any detailing I make from now on. Glenn Jr. took the time to clean my car and make it look and smell brand new. He DID NOT break anything in my car, like the people you sent out to me. I only want him when I schedule any appointments for detailing my car. I have also passed on my comments and praise to the President and VP of our company.”
