“I got the Super interior and not everything was done on the list of things it’s supposed to include. They did a really good job on the floor but The seats weren’t even attempted to be cleaned, and the rest was wiped down in a sloppy manner. The color of my leather seats hides the dirt and they don’t look dirty at first glance so I assume he thought I wouldn’t notice. I called to complain and they did come back to fix it! That’s why lm giving a 3 star. They did try to blame it on the cold weather for the cleaning solution “not working well” but I’m very particular about my car and could tell the seats weren’t even attempted besides maybe vacuumed a little the first time around. ”

“The man, George, who came to detail my vehicle was very nice. He was prompt and polite, no issues there. I paid $154 plus tipped my detailer $20 for his time. I was happy to pay the price after reading the online package details. He took about 2 1/2 hours and I was expecting great results because of the price and the time he took. However, my vehicle’s seats and floors do not look shampooed. They were wet but after drying they are still stained and look like nothing even lightened or came up. The mats still had sand and dirt in them and the car’s dashboard and consoles are left with an oily residue. For as much as I paid I am not impressed at all. I feel like I wasted money today.”
