“I left the windows down like I was told so my interior could dry. The interior seats looks worse than before. The back seat wasn’t even stained to start with now they are horrible. This service was $200 and I did not get what I feel as if I paid for. When I checked the vehicle when the tech was finished the seats were wet so it was hard to tell if they were stains or not but now that it has dried it just looks worse than it did. I was pleased with the outside of the car but I am not pleased at all with the inside. ”

“My technician had his girlfriend with him. They were screaming at each other the entire time. I had to call the company and ask them to get them to quiet down. They denied the company ever came out. I had to personally go outside and ask them to stop. I was terrified. My kids did not need to hear the yelling. They were yelling every curse word in the book, the “n” word which I cannot stand to hear, and vulgar details of their sex life. He also left for about 2 hours without telling me anything then showed up and said he needed a quick break when I asked about it. The car does look a lot better, but the lack of professionalism from the technician ruined the entire experience for me and will keep me from using this company again. ”

“The gentleman was super nice and friendly. He cleaned some areas that were very dirty. I figured with the detail they would have the interior plastic panels detail finish, there were areas that still had gunk and dirty in the center console as well as door panels still a tad dirty There were several spots that were missed while I was inspecting the car in which he notice them with me and cleaned them. The windows still were a little dirty. Wasn't sure if wax was put on as I'm the past with my other vehicles when wax was placed it took some time to apply and finish. I paid for a Platinum package and I kinda don't feel that it was a Platinum finish if I still saw areas that needed to be cleaned or wiped down Overall the car was clean and it took just under two hours to complete. ”
